I have been a patient of Dr.G’s for many years. She is absolutely fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. Her office is clean, and her staff is very kind. I have had chronic pain in my neck and I always feel relief after a procedure. Dr. G is wonderful and I highly recommend her.

Dr G is very good in what she does but I just had a Median Branch block and facet done last Tuesday, May 16 th. I left the office in tears. I signed to have this done under Anesthesia and the Anesthesiologist didn’t give me enough medication that I stayed awake during the the whole procedure from the start of inserting the first of four needles to introduction of medication. I was crying the whole procedure and felt violated. I was in disbelief that they just went on the whole procedure with me groaning and moaning in pain. Right after the procedure Dr G stated “ At least I was in the right place “ like that would be enough to comfort me. When I asked the Anesthesiologist, he said I was moaning and he thought I was asleep. He said he couldn’t give me more because he wasn’t sure if the second IV he placed was in right. My eyes were so swollen from crying that on my way out I couldn’t even look at my husband who is in the waiting room. I couldn’t believe this will happen to me in a place where you seek to get treatment for pain relief. This place failed to respect patients right to be pain free while undergoing a procedure. There was no empathy at all. I am still in such emotional distress up to now. How can I even trust health care providers after this.
